We are looking for a Paid Social Manager  for one of the most prestigious Digital and Media agencies in Ireland.  

This role involves managing paid social integration with other media and providing strategic insights for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will oversee the social process, ensuring top-quality delivery while supporting the Paid Social Client Director in building strong client relationships. It requires strong collaboration with media, video, search, and programmatic teams, and demands creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 

This role will also establish the KPIs for the media plan and will ensure that all important information is clearly shown on responses to briefs for client approval.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and deliver social media strategies that address client business challenges and align with overall media strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Paid Social Client Director on campaign strategies, budget recommendations, and KPI establishment.
  • Manage client campaign briefs, ensuring quality control and alignment with objectives, target audiences, and KPIs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns within budget and accuracy in billing and timesheets. Monitor campaign performance, manage reporting, and provide insights for optimization in collaboration with paid social teams.
  • Engage with social platform contacts to drive innovative campaigns and implement agreed audit recommendations.
  • Foster a culture of accuracy and attention to detail while supporting junior team members' development and participating in the company’s training program.
  • Uphold company values and contribute to a positive team environment through relationship building and knowledge sharing. 

Requirements:  

  • 3 to 5 years of paid social media experience with a proven track record in paid social buying and strategies, particularly on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
  • Strong budget management skills for tracking paid media campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop diverse solutions.
  • Knowledge of broader digital marketing disciplines is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing large-scale, complex paid social media campaigns.
  • High level of business and financial acumen.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and present insights effectively.
  • Strong listening skills to understand client objectives and requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with processes and a proactive approach to requests, including knowing when to escalate issues.
